Recipe of fried peppers in Vinegar


First Make sure you have these simple kitchen items
Put the pepper on the pan, burning it slightly
Add salt to the composition and fry until it start to darken
When still hot, peel the peppers and remove burnt parts
Slice into strands and put in a large glass jar
Generously add Vinegar
Close the jar and put in refrigerator to cool.
